If you would like to make an exchange or receive a refund for purchased products, the following rules apply. The customer has the right to cancel the purchase contract without giving reasons within 14 days after receiving ordered product.The product should not be washed or its condition should not be deteriorated.If the condition of the product has deteriorated, the company has the right to compensation for it.
Wrong or damaged item
Regarding possible reclamations, Sensimo Slings follows the Federacja Konsumentów (visit http://www.federacja-konsumentow.org.pl/ to learn more). Always contact us at +48 503420057 or email@example.com prior to sending the item back. The item must be returned within a 14 days after reciving ordered product and with an explanation of the damage or defect. Don’t forget to save your receipt and to include it when shipping the order back to us so we can pay you back for the shipping cost.

If you are choosing DHL to send any packages to Sensimo Slings, you are doing so on your own responsibility. DHL does not have pick up locations in Poznań and the only DHL pick up point is located 20 km from Sensimo Sling's location. Sensimo Slings is not travelling outside of the city limits to pick up any packages. Therefore Sensimo Slings cannot be held responsible for any lost or returned packages via DHL. We will not cover any costs that may arise if customers decide to send packages to Sensimo Slings via DHL.
